Shipping policy

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing on "Ready to Ship" (RTS) items. For semi-customs orders, please refer to the turnaround time frame listed on your invoice.

All U.S. orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) which includes tracking and delivery confirmation.

Although First-Class Mail is not automatically insured, you do have the option to purchase package insurance upon check-out. On the contrary, Priority Mail is insured for up to $50, but you can also purchase additional insurance upon checking out.

To avoid any initial shipping issues, please make sure your address is up to date on Shopify and Paypal.
