Refund policy

We accept returns on all non-custom*, unwashed, and unworn items for up to 7 days after delivery confirmation. When requesting a refund, please send us an email at twolittleowlsboutique00@gmail.com to get the most accurate return address. The returned item must also be shipped with tracking (at your own expense), and refunds will not be issued until item(s) is/are received.

To clarify, we will not refund any shipping expenses, Including the shipping costs to return the item(s).

*non-customs orders include any items made with in-stock inventory, such as from our Made to Orders. Anything else made with preordered fabric cannot be refunded. 

If for any reason your order is incorrect, or you are unhappy with your items, please send us an email twolittleowlsboutique00@gmail.com to work towards the best resolution for the situation.

There will be a 15% restocking fee applied to the refund amount unless the situation is due to manufacturer/business error.
